Let’s chat

The chatbot enables non-trained users to intuitively interact with your knowledge base by just writing questions in natural language, reducing the need for understanding the taxonomy and finding the right filters.

Overall, users are more satisfied when immediately getting an answer to their specific question. Based upon the wide range of questions users asked, the DataScouts chatbot was trained to give more to-the-point answers.

For example, you can ask the chatbot to display actors with specific criteria, e.g. founding date, last funding round, the city or country they are headquartered. Additionally, you can guide the chatbot by indicating if you like the answer to focus on  actors or on content.

Let’s call

For those using the Ecosystem Publishing features, we have good news. To help facilitate interactions among your Ecosystem Members, we've added the option for users to share their phone numbers via their DataScouts profile. A conversation with a valued community member is just one click away. Just hit the "Let’s Call" button on the actor profile.

Please be aware that activating this feature requires to update your privacy policy!

More complete profiles

Our ambition is to offer 360° actor profiles providing all relevant information at a glance. So:

>> We added more detailed geographical information, to search not only a city or country level but also on an intermediate (read: regional) administrative level.

>> We made it easier to see if a company has been acquired, by clearly indicating this information in the company’s actor profile header.

>> We added some new data sources for companies headquartered in New Zealand, resulting in more complete actor profiles and thus better market insights.
